1993 Toyota Camry v6 wagon won't start

I have a 1993 toyota camry v6 wagon the rear valve cover gasket was just changed after putting it back together it will crank but not start where did we go wrong.

issue with 460v hvac system

I don't work on a lot of 460v equipment, but I was working on this system that had a blown fractional fuse on the line side of a 460 primary to a 240 sec xfmr, I replaced fuse and blew again. I checked circuit to ground and across and got nothing. I then checked voltage coming in and it was 500v. I then bypassed the fuse and tested, I got 2 amps being pulled by transformer which goes to a stepdown transformer 240 to 24v. I was getting 270 on the sec side of the first transformer, and 31v at the stepdown secondary. My question is, would the higher then normal voltage being supplied to the unit be the cause of the high voltage across all transformers and blow the fuse.

Waterproofing a balcony above living space

I have been researching different ways to waterproof an exterior deck/balcony over living space and it appears that using the Schluter system with the membrane (or a similar product) and on top of that the Ditra Drain plus a good tile is a good way to go for my 16 x 7 1/2 foot deck. That way you have a waterproof seal and the Ditra Drain isolates the tile from movement in the substrate and also allows moisture to "drain" away from the mortar in which the tile is set (as I understand it).



But wow that Ditra Drain is expensive, especially on top of the cost of the waterproof membrane. If I wasn't concerned with expansion/contraction in the plywood and floor rafters would I need the Ditra Drain? Or: I don't suppose there is some way to minimize the amount of water that would seep through the tiles and grout into the mortar and get by without the ditra drain?



Would it be possible to just put down the membrane and top it with mortar and perhaps some other type of material until a later time when i can afford to add the ditra drain and install the tile? Of course I still need the waterproof membrane, but is there a way to put off the cost of using ditra drain and then tiling on top of that?



Any other alternatives that you would recommend? Everything else that I have looked at , like liquid rubber, can sound good but when it is all said and done (sealing tape, primer, etc.) the cost isn't really that much less per square foot that using a waterproof membrane system, especially without the ditra drain.



Just to recap my situation: right now I have an exterior deck over living space that is rafters and plywood and temporarily covered with ice and water shield. The space is about 16x7 foot and has 6x6 posts and cable rail around the outside edge. The roof is slightly pitched, certainly more than the 1/4 inch per foot that is usually seen as a minimum slope I believe. Would like to have a tile surface when it is all done, but wouldn't have to do that if there are better alternatives that are a lot cheaper.

1. Optimize your bio copy

It could be interesting to think about what you'd like to be known for, for example, if you're a real estate company or a content marketer, people should instantly be able to recognize that from looking at your profile.


It's also worth contemplating what people might search for to find you. Search is becoming increasingly powerful on social media, and if someone is looking for an individual or brand in your niche, then you want to show right up.


2. Check all your profile images are the correct sizes


Images are such an essential part of social media marketing, and none are more important that your profile picture. In just a few minutes you can fine-tune your profile image and ensure it fits within the recommended dimensions on each platform.


Most social media sites will crop or stretch an image to fit within the allotted window, but if you want to make the best impression possible, it's worth optimizing your images before you upload it.


Here are some suggested images sizes for major social networks:

New social media platforms pop up on a regular basis, and as we all hop in to test the water and see how we can use each, we undoubtedly upload a profile picture in the process.


Not every platform we test will become a mainstream hit and find its way into our long-term social media strategies. But even if you decide not to pursue an individual network it can be worth ensuring your branding is always up to date and that you link away to somewhere you're a little more active.


4. Experiment with audio


Audio has incredible potential and new apps like Anchor are making it incredibly simple to create audio content.


If you want to foray into the world of audio, you could try turning a blog post into a podcast on Soundcloud, replying to some customers through voice messages or starting some conversations with followers on Anchor.


5. Dive into your analytics


When I have a spare few minutes during my day, I tend to spend it looking into analytics, and it's truly amazing what you can learn by taking a quick peek at your social data.


Here are three great places to find some insights into your social media performance:


Facebook Insights


Facebook has some of the most in-depth analytics around, and Facebook Insights is like a goldmine for marketers. To access Facebook Insights, head to your Facebook page and then select Insights from the navigation.

Twitter Analytics


Twitter has some pretty comprehensive analytics available to all users (for free!). Using Twitter analytics, you can discover you most engaging Tweets, top mentions, audience information and much more.

6. Plan some new post ideas


Consistency is an essential ingredient of any social media strategy, but it can get very tough to continually produce high-quality content every day (or even multiple times per day).


When you have a few spare moments, you could open up a notepad or new document and write down every social media post idea that comes to mind. An unfiltered brain dump like this can be an excellent way to come up with some fresh ideas and keep your content rockin'.


7. Reshare a successful post

The links in your profile and some of the most visible on social media. It can be super interesting to measure how many people are clicking on these links and tracking their performance can give you some great insights.


A couple of quick and simple-to-implement ways to track profile links are Bit.ly and UTM links.


9. Sponsor a post


As social networks evolve, sponsored posts become an integral part of breaking through the noise and getting your content seen by your audience.

11. Experiment with a new platform


New apps and social platform are launching daily, and as marketers, it's essential to understand where consumer attention is heading. One of the best ways to keep on top of this is to ensure you spend some time experimenting with new platforms.


The App Store is one of the best places to discover new platforms to test out. What I tend to do is head to the Social Networking category and scroll through to see which ones I've not heard of or used yet (there's almost always a few interesting apps between positions 10-30).

12. Set up saved searches on Twitter


Twitter search is incredibly powerful, and one of the best ways to drive value from Twitter is by listening. Saved searches can be great to keep an eye on people sharing your content, keywords relevant to your brand and your mentions.


You can save up to 25 searches per account. To save a search, first, run a search, then click More options at the top of your results page and then click Save this search.



13. Run a Facebook Live chat


Facebook is currently prioritizing Live video in the News Feed, which means if you want to stand out, a Live broadcast could give you a great opportunity to do so.


To start a live video broadcast, tap on Update Status and then select the Live Video icon. If you'd like, you can write a quick description and choose the audience that you want to share with before going live.



During your broadcast, you'll see the number of viewers, the names of friends who are tuning in and a real-time stream of comments. Broadcasts can be no longer than 30 minutes, and when you end your broadcast, it will be saved on your Timeline like any other video.

13. Prepare some visual content


Visual content is incredibly impactful on audiences, and thankfully, it doesn't have to take ages to prepare anymore. Tools like Pablo and Canva can help you create stunning ready-to-share images in minutes.

 14. Try a new sharing schedule


One of the easiest social media experiments to run is to test different posting times and schedules.


You can measure how different schedules affect your engagement by looking out for metrics like engagement per post, engagement per day and new followers.



15. Ask for customer feedback


Asking for feedback is an amazing way to learn more about your product and your marketing. It only takes a few seconds to send out a post encouraging feedback and the learning can be invaluable.

Split zone system red light

I have a Honeywell Z322 panel that has a solid red light on the Zone 1 light. One zone is blowing cold air fine; the other has no air flow. The two thermostats appear to have the same readings with the swirling fan symbol and "fan auto" and "system cool". Any suggestions about what might be going on? Is there any way to reset anything to resolve this or does it sound like a part has malfunctioned. The system was installed in 2012. Thanks in advance.

Need professional HVAC opinion

Im looking to buy a

Complete Split System Air Conditioner 13 seer, Gas Furnace 2 stage gas burner, 96% AFUE.

& Cased Coil.

This system in a Rheem is $490 more expensive

than the same in a Goodman system.

The installation will be a professional HVAC guy.

Should I go with the Rheem or the Goodman system.

Condenser problems, fan won't start.

So I came home a couple days ago and it was 82 degrees inside. I tried turning the ac system off and on but the condenser would not start at all, I checked on it and it was pretty hot. I have been looking online for remedies and I have tried a couple. First I re-wired the fan motor separately to 220V and it worked fine. Next the capacitor was definitely shot, bulging and had no ohms when tested. So I bought and installed everything back. Turned everything on and was feeling hopeful when the compressor kicked on, I waited but the fan never started.

It is now 85 degrees and I'm losing hope. :( I might have to bite the bullet and call out a technician. I would greatly appreciate anyone out there that has any advise, or would help me troubleshoot through steps.
