Has anyone worked on a Addison RTU TRS series with reheat to control RH?

I have tried to obtain the operation IOM from Addison TRS series rooftop units with reheat coils for the cooling operation sequence from tech support and it seems that they hesitate to give up the data. Has anyone have this problem?
